Insurance
We work with most major dental insurance plans. When scheduling your child's appointment, please let us know your insurance information and bring your card to the visit.
We'll handle the claims and paperwork for you. If your plan requires pre-authorization for certain procedures, we'll coordinate that as well. We're always happy to answer questions about what your specific plan covers.
We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first visit to confirm your benefits and understand your coverage for pediatric dental services.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept:

Any portion not covered by insurance is your responsibility at the time of the appointment.
For uninsured families
If you don't have dental insurance, please don't let that keep you from bringing your child in. We believe every child deserves quality dental care. Contact our office to discuss your situation. We're here to help.
Questions about cost?
We're always transparent about treatment costs. If Dr. Kao recommends a procedure, our team will explain the cost, what your insurance is likely to cover, and what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be, all before we proceed. No surprises.
